Welcome to West Prong Acres, a family-run farm and event site nestled in the pines and resting on the West Prong branch of the Newport River. The Farm’s rural setting is just minutes from the beach, the seaside towns, and superb fishing.
We offer a rustic outdoor wedding and event venue, a cozy Airbnb vacation rental, and educational tours of our working farm. Come visit us and meet our horses and alpacas, learn about farming, or plan your next great event. We’ll be on the front porch waiting for you to arrive.
Our two story timber barn is a rustic and simple backdrop for your imagination. The sunny and airy upper level can seat 75 people for an indoor ceremony while the main floor is prefect for your reception area. We can also arrange for outdoor hay bale seating with an arbor set by the pond. The barn features a service area for your catering needs.

The Farm offers a casual and comfortable location for off-site training and workshops. The cozy Cottage provides a staging area and can host 6 adults. The Barn seats 75 people for training site with room for breakout sessions, plus it features a catering area for meals and snacks. The outdoor areas are ready for a team building exercises or just relaxing after an intense session.

Where do eggs come from? If you said, “The grocery store!” you need to visit The Farm. Kids of all ages love to visit our chickens, ducks, horses, and alpacas. Here they get to learn about farming, gardening, raising chickens and livestock, and using the fiber from the alpacas.
